With a bright garnet red robe, this red has an expressive nose which at first evokes the aromas of the garrigue, evolving towards black fruits. The palate is round with mellow tannins and a hint of prune.

Pairing SuggestionsTraditional dishes; cassoulet, bœuf bourguignon, wild boar daube, a good quality grilled steak. Pairs well with strong cheeses.
